Project Manager/Estimator on numerous Chicago area projects with cost ranges which included hundreds of thousands of dollars.
2002 – 2004 LVI Environmental Services Inc.

Projects estimated and managed included BP Amoco Research Center, and several downtown Chicago high rise-office buildings, hospitals, schools, & private residencies throughout the Midwest.
1987 – 2002 Air Safety
Superintendent and Estimator on over two hundred Asbestos and Lead Abatement projects.
Largest job was a $10,000,000 hi-rise office building job.
Supervised one hundred ten men on one job.
Responsible for manpower, scheduling, project management and safety.
